We require 48 hour notice to deliver.
Bikes will be delivered by check-in time. We pick-up bikes between 6 am-11 am. You do not have to be present when we deliver and pick up your rental items. If you are within the 48 hours, please call the store to make your reservation. (850-231-0035).

A credit card is required for security deposit when picking up your bikes at the store. Debit cards are not accepted.

Once an order has been placed you will receive an email from RightSignature.com requesting you sign our Liability Release and Credit Card Authorization form. Bikes will not be delivered unless you sign this form. If you do not receive the email within 24 hours, please check your spam or junk file.

Suggested bike size based on height.
16" Bike, 2' 8" - 3' 7" / 20" Bike, 3' 8" - 4' 3"
24" Bike, 4' 4" - 5' 3" / 26" Bike, 5' 4" and up.
